71st Republic Day Celebrated in Dakshina Kannada With Patriotic Fervour

January 26: The 71st Republic Day was celebrated in Dakshina Kannada here on January 26, Sunday with district in-charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary unfurling the tricolour at Nehru Maidan Ground.

Deputy commissioner Sindhu B Rupesh, IGP J Arun Chakravarthy, MLA Vedavyasa Kamath, Dr Bharath Shetty, UT Khader, MLCs Bhojegowda and Ivan D’Souza and others were present.
