Ribbons and Balloons Christmas Carnival Grand Finale: A Dazzling Event!
The month long ‘Christmas Carnival’ of the coast’s favourite chain of cakes came to a grand culmination on Sunday, 3 January 2020 at a dazzling event held at Buntara Bhavana in this beautiful coastal town. Definitely the Christmas Yuletide lingered a little longer than usual. Thanks to the vision of Sathish Shetty promoter of Ribbons and Balloons, it is now the fastest growing franchise in and around Mangalore.
The star of the evening was Daya Shetty who starred in the CID. In his short brief felicitation to the Ribbons and Balloons he praised the indomitable spirit of Mr Sathish Shetty founder of Ribbons and Balloons, which he attributed to vision and hardwork and his motivation.
Krishni Shetty, MD Ribbons and Balloons launched new products Winnie, Bond cakes and said the company was moving towards the FMCG segment and the product line up will be available across the board.
Yash Shetty CEO of Ribbons and Balloons was also present at the new launch. The new product line included three packed cakes which is a new generation range.
The event was organised as a culminating part of the month long Christmas Carnival at 19 outlets of Ribbons and Balloons across the coast of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada.
On this occasion,prizes were distributed included for those who were the holders of the vouchers, that included consolation prizes of 20 bicycles, three washing machines in the third prize category, Two LED TVs as second prizes and the super bumper prize of a TVS jupitor scooter. The super bumper prize was handed over by Daya Shetty.
Fun, colour, music and performances by the dance ensemble the new ocean kids were the highlights of the event.
The second highlight of the event was the prizes given away for the best decorated franchisee outlet which carried prizes of Rs 5000, 15000 and 25000 rupees as third, second, the first prize respectively. This was a contest on which outlet received the largest number of views and likes on Instagram and Facebook pages.
The 19 outlets were categorised into three zones and many customers from each zone won prizes.
Most of the prizes were won by Bendoorwell and BallalBagh outlets of Ribbons and Balloons.
Franchise owners of all the 19 outlets were present and some from Pune and Mumbai who were close the chairman Mr Sathish Shetty had also graced the occasion. Super franchisee owner CA Sathish Shetty felicitated the franchisee owners.
Winners all! The following lucky customers of the 19 outlets from Thokkuttu in DK district to Kundapura in Udupi district. Winner of the super bumper prize featuring a TVS Jupitor Scooter is Mr.LimeWood of Udupi, followed by Sumit Shetty of Udupi and Neha Jibi of Manipal who won the second bumper prizes of LED televisions sets and Kiran Shetty from Kavoor, (Mangalore) Joylene from Kinnigoli, and S K Patel from Ballalbagh (Mangalore) won the third bumper prizes of three washing machines respectively.
19 other customers who won the consolation prizes of bicycles include Zone 1- Rohan (Ballalbagh), Krishna(Kavoor) Orwin(Vamanjoor) Stanley(Bendoorwell) Nisha (Deralakatte) Sandeep and Maltinda Bai (both from Kinnigoli). In zone II it is Suresh (Manipal), Manju (Udupi), Yajnesh (Kaup) Rodney (Santhekatte) and Santhosh (Kundapura). In Zone III- Gretta Anoj (Shirva), Vijetha (Surathkal), Harshi (Bajpe) Anand (Moodbidri), Sandeep Shetty (Belman) Lavcy (Kaikamba and Xavier (Karkala)
