Annaprasadam at Sri Krishna Mutt Udupi Restarts For Devotees After a Long Wait

January 11: Authorities of Udupi Sri Krishna Temple re-started the ‘anna prasadam’ to devotees from January 10, Sunday. The practice of serving annaprasadam was stopped since March due to covid 19 pandemic.
The annaprasadam started with Paryaya Sri Adamaru Mutt seer Sri Ishapriya Thirtha swamiji first serving the devotees. Sri Ishapriya Thirtha had announced this restart of this service few days ago. Food will be served to devotees in batches to avoid a rush at the dining hall. Sri Ishapriya Thirtha swamiji mentioned that the mutt authorities will ramp up security measures at the temple as suggested by the government.
