Annual Feast of Attur St Lawrence Minor Basilica to Start from January 18

January 15: The annual feast of St Lawrence Minor Basilica will be celebrated from January 18 to 28. The celebrations will be held in a simple manner due to Covid 19 restrictions. The Basilica committee has requested the devotees to follow the guidelines issued by the government while visiting the Basilica from January 18 to 28.
Only 200 devotees will be allowed to attend the Mass. Wearing masks has been made compulsory in the church premises. There will be special prayers for the sick after every Mass. However, priests praying by keeping hands on the head of devotees is prohibited. Except for the religious stall, there will not be any other stalls allowed on the premises.
