Covid Cases Are Under Total Control in Dakshina Kannada District: Must Read

Covid positive cases in Dakshina Kannada have consistently remained below the 50 mark for the last 2 weeks. The active cases in the district is not more than 300 and many are recovering. The positivity rate in the district was around five percent in August which has come down to 0.41 percent as on October 24 and also the death rate has plunged now. The recovery rate in the district is currently over 98 percent. As at October 22, 15.07 lac people have been vaccinated with the first dose. As many as 8.05 lac people have got two doses.
