All Recreation Clubs In DK District To Be Closed: Order By DC Rajendra

August 29: Dakshina Kannada Deputy commissioner Dr Rajendra K V has ordered for the closure of all the recreation clubs in the district.
The order has been issued in order to check the spread of the coronavirus infection and it is necessary to take important steps to effectively control its spread.
The order stated that it is not possible to maintain a minimum distance of one meter between each other while playing cards.
High possibility of infection during the distribution of cards to other players in a card game when the person distributing the cards is infected.
Players engrossed in the game are subjected to a range of emotions like anger, excitement, anxiety, making the possibilities of wearing masks less.
It is not possible to control the activities of the recreation club members. Therefore, it is necessary to stop card games and other activities in the clubs.
