Artist In Unique Costumes During Janmashtami Chosen For Prestigious Moolathva Vishwa Award 2020

November 24: Artist Ravi Katpadi, who dresses up unique costumes during Krishna Janmashtami every year to help the needy has been chosen for Moolathva Vishwa Award 2020.
Ravi Katpadi, is a daily wager hails from Udupi, has been dressing up in unique costumes themed on aliens and monsters to entertain people during ‘Krishna Janamashtami’ in Udupi to provide medical assistance to underprivileged children. Ravi has been able to collect around Rs 52.5 lac since 2013 to financially support children requiring medical treatment.
Moolathva Foundation Charitable Trust has decided to confer the award on November 29, in a programme organised at Sharadha Vidyalaya at 10.45 am.
