As Many As Ninety Vehicles Seized Across DK During The Night Curfew: Click to Know

The Dakshina Kannada DC has issued prohibitory orders in the city with police posted at 19 checkposts at various locations. Strict  vigil in the city following the recent serial murders is enforced at these checkposts so that no untoward incident occurs in the city.

As many as 200 people have been detained by the police and close to 90 vehicles have been seized at various locations during the night vigil on Sunday, July 31. The police are likely to release the seized vehicles to the owners after verification on Monday.

Evening curfew has been extended till August 3 morning. Shops and business establishments will continue to remain closed from 6 pm to 6 am during the period.
