Battery-Operated Drones Used To Disinfect Areas In Dharmasthala: Check Out

August 1: A demonstration on disinfecting the areas using battery-operated drones was held at Dharmasthala. The drones were developed by Dr Karthik Narayan and Dr Senthil Kumar from Anna University, Chennai. The drone has a capacity of carrying Sixteen litres of sanitiser and can disinfect continuously for five hours.
Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari D Veerendra Heggade said that these drones can be used for disinfecting areas effectively to check the spread of Covid-19.
