Beach Clean-Up Drive Held In Mulki: Know More About This

September 28: A beach clean-up drive was organized by the Surfing Swami Foundation, Mantra Surf Club at Mulki on September 27, Sunday. The drive was first scheduled to be held on last Sunday but was postponed due to heavy rain.
This was the first beach clean-up event organized after the lockdown. All precautionary measures such as temperature check and provision of masks and gloves was followed. Glass, plastic and synthetic materials were segregated accordingly and kept in different coloured bags to be dispatched to a recycling plant.
Several people took part in the drive. The organizers are also planning to extend the beach cleanliness drive to other beaches of DK district.
