BJP KARNATAKA Wishes for Diwali in Tulu, Konkani & Kodava Languages: Official Status Soon?

October 29: BJP Karnataka wishes the citizens of Karnataka in Tulu, Kodava and Konkani languages along with Kannada. As far as we all know no other party in the state has used minority Languages of the state to convey any message.

Mangalore South MLA Vedavyas Kamath had recently started the trend of wishing the citizens in Tulu language which was appreciated by all.

Mangalore City Police Commissioner too conveyed diwali wishes in Tulu Language.

There is always a cry from the the minority linguistic district be it Dakshina Kannada, Udupi or Coorg to make their mother tongue as official languages along with Kannada so that the Languages get its recognition to 8th Schedule.
BJP recently got its State President Shri Nalin Kumar Kateel who hails from Tulu speaking district. This change on conveying message gives a hint of Tulu being made official in Karnataka anytime soon.
