Border Dispute At Talapady Post: Land Belongs To Kerala

April 25: After the rift at Talapady border regarding the land dispute, a joint survey was conducted between Karnataka and Kerala states.
Kerala police and health department had set up a temporary Covid-19 check post on a land near Talapady. The talapady gram panchayat alleged that this land belonged to Karnataka which created a dispute at the check post.
after the suvery is conducted, it has been found that the three fourth of the land occupied by a petrol bunk which was a part of Karnataka for the last fifty years, has now become part of Kerala.
