Campus Ambassadors appointed to create awareness on Voting!

Campus ambassadors have been appointed in 40 first grade colleges to create awareness on ethical voting.
2 students from from each college have been appointed to educate the students with the role of young voters. Guidelines have been issued for the functioning of these ambassadors.
The role of these ambassadors is to guide the students on enrolling into voters list & also to guide them about the functioning of electoral process.
With the help of NSS & NCC volunteers, these ambassadors will motivate the parents of the students to exercise their voting rights.
It is said that the campus ambassadors will carry out their activities even after elections. They will help the authorities in organizing programmes like National Voters day & to create awareness.
