Centre Approves The Plastic Park Project in Mangalore: MP Nalin Kumar Kateel Tweets

January 23: The department of Chemicals and Fertilizers has given green signal for establishing Plastic Park at Ganjimath in Mangalore. MP Nalin Kumar Kateel in his tweet has mentioned about this and thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, union minister late Anant Kumar, union minister D V Sadananda Gowda and chief minister B S Yediyurappa for the same.

Plastic Parks are very important for realizing the goals of the Make in India programme. The park will have an ecosystem with state of the art infrastructure building and enabling common facility to consolidate and synergize the capacities of the domestic downstream plastic processing industry.
MP Nalin said that the park will start functioning at Ganjimath as part of the union government’s Make in India campaign providing jobs for local youth and resulting in growth.
