Clash in Ullal: Is WhatsApp Status the Reason? Commissioner Harsha Clarifies

September 24: An incident of shootout at Ullal took place on Sunday night, September 22.  A total of 13 persons have been arrested in connection with the incident out of whom six persons  were arrested in connection with the firing incident and seven were arrested  for the clashes.
Commissioner Harsha clarified on Monday, September 23 that, a WhatsApp status had led to the strife. Commissioner mentioned that a  person named Arshad had  put up a status in favour of Suhail Kandak on WhatsApp which was questioned by Salman asking why unnecessary publicity is given to Suhail when they too were working for the party.
The Commissioner informed that Suhail had opened fire which injured  Irshad due to which another team launched an attack. A car was also damaged in the incident, he added.
