DC Sindhu Clarifies Regarding Opening Kerala Border At Talapady: Click To Know

April 9: Supreme Court has ordered to open Karnataka’s border with Kerala at Talapady for emergency medical treatment.
Dakshina Kannada DC Sindhu mentioned that permission has been granted to treat patients in emergency cases for treatment and road accidents only and not for Coronavirus.
DC Further clarified that the ambulances bringing patients would be sanitised as per the directions of the union health and family welfare ministry and a medical team from our district has been deployed at Talapady border.
