DC Sindhu Instructs Officials to Repair Kulur to NITK Highway Immediately: This is the Reason

November 1: Deputy Commissioner Sindhu  B Rupesh has  instructed officials to take the required steps to repair the highway from Kulur to NITK immediately. This is in the wake of the visit of Vice President Venkaiah Naidu on November 2 to participate in the NITK convocation ceremony.
PWD officials informed that the the road from NITK to  Circuit House at Kadri has been divided into three parts and the work has been taken up by three agencies.
The DC also reviewed the arrangements to be made for the Vice President’s visit during a video conference with the Chief Secretary of the state.
City Police Commissioner Dr  P  S Harsha, Mangalore Airport Director VV Rao, NITK Director Umamaheshwar Rao,  Additional DC  M J Roopa and others were present.
