Drive Against Buses Having Shrill Horn in Udupi: Police Fine Buses Causing Noise Pollution

Udupi Police held a drive against buses having shrill horns in the district on March 15, Tuesday. The drive against shrill horns was led by traffic sub inspector Abdul Khader.

The horns of the buses which were causing noise pollution due to the high volume were confiscated by the cops. They mainly checked the express service buses that run between Udupi and Mangalore. The cops also imposed fine on the buses that violated the noise pollution.
