Eight Year Old Girl From Mangalore Makes an Appeal to Police Commissioner Shashi Kumar: Read to Know

An eight year old girl from Mangalore has made an appeal to city police commissioner Shashi Kumar seeking strict punishment to those responsible for the rape and murder of an eight year old girl at a tile factory in Parari near Ulaibettu.

Charvi Niranjan, daughter of Niranjan & Pavitra from Kulai is, studying in 4th standard has requested the Commissioner to take stern action against the accused by submitting a memorandum to the commissioner when she met him  on  November 24, Thursday at his office.
