Even Before Coming Out of Cyclone Tauktae’ Effects, Cyclone Yas Likely to Bring Rains in The Coast
Close on the heels of cyclone Tauktae, another cyclone named Yas will likely bring rains to the coastal region. Cyclone Yas which is brewing over the Bay of Bengal is expected to bring rains in Kerala, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and other parts of the coast from next week onward.
The low pressure area in the Bay of Bengal may transform into a cyclone around May 23 and possibly continue for three to four days.
