Flight Charges From Mangalore to Dubai Soar: People Wanting to Return Post Covid Situation in a Fix

The flight charges from Mangalore to Gulf countries including Dubai have gone up 200 percent post the covid situation. On November 6, ticket prices to Dubai from Mangalore was Rs 21,000, Rs 31,000 on November 7 and Rs 38000 to Rs 50,000 on November 8. This indicated that all the airlines are trying to make up for the losses they suffered during the Covid pandemic. People who came back during the lockdown and want to return back for the job are in a fix now as the flight charges are too high and will lose their jobs if they do not return. In the past, people from Mangalore used to take flights to gulf countries from Kannur, Bengaluru, Kochi, Goa etc to avoid paying high ticket prices, but the currently the prices have gone up there too. This is a shock to the people who are desperately wanting to go back.
