Fourth Edition Of International Event ‘Ride for Rotary’ Flagged Off From Mangalore

January 19:  ‘Ride for Rotary,’ a charity event conceived by Rotary District 3181 was flagged off from The Ocean Pearl Inn on Bejai-Kapikad Road in Mangalore, on Sunday at 8.30 am.

The fourth edition of the ‘Ride for Rotary’ had as many as 40 participants from 14 different countries including Germany, Canada, Sweden, Poland and others congregating in South India.
The riders will pass through Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The ride will traverse Puttur-Sullia-Madikeri-Mysuru-Wayanad-Ooty-Coimbatore-Munnar-Thekkady-Allepey – before culminating at Kochi.
The proceeds from the event will go to The Rotary Foundation, a charitable organisation that works for social uplift, said Rotary District 3181 Assistant Governor Sumith Rao.
