Good Job by Forest Officials in Kundapur: Leopard Rescued From 30 Feet Well

The officials from the forest department in Kundapur have done a great job by rescuing a female leopard from a 30-feet well on Friday. The locals saw the leopard falling into a well at around 11 am located near the Durgaparameshwari temple in Sowkur.
RFO Prabhakar Kulal said that on reaching the spot they found the leopard sitting on a pipe attached to the pump in the 30 feet well. The officials initially dropped a basket was into the well and once the leopard moved into the basket, the animal capturing cage was placed near the basket using ropes. Once the leopard got into the cage, the forest officials pulled the cage out of the well.
