High schools in Udupi reopened from Monday February 14 after a gap of five days of closure due to Hijab-saffron shawl issue. Police protection has been provided to schools. In addition, police officials are present in various parts of the city and ae keeping strict vigilance in order to maintain law and order and avoid any untoward incidents.
