IMD Issues Yellow Alert in Dakshina Kannada District Till June 4: Click to Know

Dakshina Kannada is likely to experience light to moderate rainfall for the next four days till June 4. India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow alert in Dakshina Kannada district till June 4.

The southwest monsoon has advanced into some parts of the Southwest Bay of Bengal, some more parts of the Southeast Bay of Bengal, the entire Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and some parts of the East Central Bay of Bengal today. Hence, there will likely be heavy rainfall at coastal and south interior Karnataka and over Kerala from May 30 to June 4.
