Indian Meteorological Department Issues Heavy Rain Warnings To Coastal Districts
June 1: The Indian Meteorological Department said that low pressure area has formed over the southeast and adjoining east central Arabian Sea which is likely to intensify into a cyclone by June 2.
The IMD has issued heavy rain warnings for Karantaka coast for next few days as the the low pressure area formed over Arabian Sea on Sunday morning and IMD’s forecast expects it to intensify into a cyclone in just 48 hours.
