KSRTC Bus Begins Journey From Mangalore After Almost Two Months

May 19: All KSRTC buses remained off road during the lockdown period throughout the state. The first KSRTC bus leaves to Bangalore from Mangalore on May 19, Tuesday morning after almost two months.
Sources informed that only thirty people were allowed to board the bus after the thermal screening and those not wearing masks were not allowed to board the bus. Passengers were allowed to carry limited luggage.
Social distancing was maintained at the bus stand and inside the bus.
As per sources, there will not be any stops in between, not even for lunch or breakfast.
