March 15: After the state government’s orders to close the malls, theatres, pubs, schools & colleges for a week to prevent the spread of coronavirus, some roads in Mangalore was seem empty on Saturday.
Malls and pubs which buzz with activities during weekends remained locked since morning showing a deserted look.
After the schools and colleges declared holiday for a week, several students studying in Mangalore were seen returning home from hostels.
Weekend which keeps the malls, theatres and pubs full will now have a deserted look as people will stay indoor.
