Mangalore City Corporation Reacts: Humps Are Finally Painted

February 27: MCC which had recently built more than 40 speed-breakers in Mangalore city limits as per Indian Roads Congress standards received complaints. The speed-breakers in the city were posing a threat to motorists as there were no yellow or white marking on it.
After receiving complaints from citizens, MCC commissioner Ajith Kumar Hegde said that the markings for all the new and existing speed-breakers will be done within 10 days.
As committed by Hegde, the work on painting the speed breakers have started in the city.

The commuters, the two wheelers riders and public will now have a sigh of relief as the chances of accidents have reduced.
