Mangalore Commissioner’s Office Becomes Number One In E-Filing System: Check Out

June 12: Mangalore Police Commissioner’s Office File Management has been transformed from manual to electronic system using-software for 8 months and is now number one in the state in e-filing system.
The e-filing system came into effect in July 2019 at the Police Department. The central CID office and some other offices had started e-filing right away. The Mangalore Commissioner’s office started implementing the e-filing system from October 2019 but within a few months, had surpassed all other police offices in the state.
As many as 42,803 files have been e-mailed to Mangalore office as of 3 May. No other police commissioner’s office, IGP office or SP office in the state has done so well. The CID office in Bangalore is the second largest e-filing system.
