Mangalore International Airport Receives Hoax Bomb Threat Once Again: Read to Know
Mangalore International Airport at Bajpe had once again received a bomb threat on June 18 which had turned out to be a hoax. The bomb threat was sent via email of airport authorities at the airport around 12:43 PM on June 18 threatening that a bomb has been planted in the airport premises and it would explode in a few moments.
Later security officials of the airport made a thorough search and after confirming that there is no suspicious object it was confirmed that the threat was a hoax. A complaint regarding the incident was filed by the chief security officer of the airport with the Bajpe police on June 19.
