Mangalorean Girl Ruth Clare D’silva Tops CA Exams in India: First One to Secure Top Rank from This Region.  

Mangalorean girl Ruth Clare D’silva has secured All India first rank in Chartered Accountants (CA) July 2021 examination (Old scheme) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Ruth is the daughter of Rosy Maria D’silva and Ruffert D’silva and is the first candidate to secure top rank in CA exams from this region. Ruth had completed her schooling from St Theresa School and an undergraduate course through distance education from Mangalore University. She had completed her CA articleship at CA Vivian Pinto & Co, Balmatta.
