Minister Bommai Visits Udupi District Hospital For Inspection: Know What Happened

District in-charge minister Basavaraj Bommai visited the Udupi district hospital at Ajjarkad on May 2, Sunday. The minister said that here is shortage of ICU beds in the district hospital and as many as 25 additional oxygen beds will be increased at Ajjarkad hospital. Separate beds will be arranged for Covid and SARI patients.
At present, only one government lab is operating here in the district. Around 3,000 swabs are being tested in pooling method and therefore a suitable lab will be installed here and it will help to test 300 samples independently, he added.
