More Chaos At Talapady Check Post For Daily Commuters: Three Helpdesk Set Up

June 9: Three separate help desk have been set up at the Talapady check post to make sure that the issue of pass between Kasaragod and Mangalore was no longer a problem.
Minister In-charge for Dakshina Kannada Kota Srinivas Poojary said that as many as 2,000 passes have been issued by the District administration so far. Some of the applications were rejected as they did not submit online Aadhaar and other supporting documents online. The personnel at the helpdesk will assist the applicants in submitting the necessary documents to district administration’s portal, he added.
