New Animals Arrived At Pilikula Biological Park: Click To Know More

March 1: Under an animal exchange programme, the Pilikula Biological Park has received two Indian Gaur calves, four Black Swans and two Striped Hyenas from the Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens at Mysuru and in return, the Park authorities have dispatched two Lesser Whistling Ducks, two Royal Bengal Tigers and four King Cobras.

With the two new arrivals, the Indian Gaur numbers in the Park has increased to four informed Park Director, H J Jayaprakash Bhandary.
The Black Bucks are available for public view while the Striped Hyenas are housed in an enclosure and will be made available for public viewing after they have adjusted to the new environment.
