New Rule For Students Entering DK Form Kerala: 72-Hour RT-PCR Test & 7 Day Home Isolation Mandated

The number of cases of covid-19 in the Dakshina Kannada district is increasing. The corona positivity rate in Kerala is 5.6%. The DK district administration has set new rules for students from Kerala who are new to the district. They must undergo a 72-hour RT-PCR test as well as mandated seven-day home isolation. They have to get one more RTPCR test on the eighth day. This rule should apply to all of the district’s medical, engineering, and paramedical colleges. Testing and screening will be expanded in all educational institutions, housing, and shopping centers. If somebody is confirmed to have coronavirus symptoms, they must be isolated.
