No Fine On Bulk Waste Generators Who Fail to Set Up On-Site Composting Units From November 1: MCC
The Mangalore City Corporation (MCC) has earlier decided that from November 1 penalty will be imposed on According to Mayor Premananda Shetty, bulk waste generators are confused as to the method to be adopted for composting the wet waste and therefore penalty will not be imposed on them from November 1. The MCC has decided to conduct another workshop to enlighten the apartment owners’ associations and other bulk waste generators on the different types of composting methods available.
