No Inter-District Pass Required For People Working In Dakshina Kannada & Udupi

May 12: To facilitate hassle-free movement of people on essential work, the state government has considered DK and Udupi as one unit.
The state government has thus issued an order to allow the movement of people working in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi between 7 am to 7 pm without the necessity of an inter-district pass.
According to this, the employees will be allowed to travel between the two districts on furnishing a letter or an identity card issued by their respective company.
