Postal Department Introduces Online Rakhi Post: Easy Way to Send Rakhis to Long Distance Brothers

One need not worry about tying rakhi to long-distance brothers as Indian Postal Service department has introduced an interesting service through which anyone can send Rakhi to any part of India through speed post by sitting inside the comfort of their homes. The scheme also has provision to send Rakhi’s to brothers and soldiers serving even in the border areas of Ladakh.

One needs to log on to www.karnatakapost.gov.in/Rakhi_Post and fill in details of the sender and select the design that needs to be delivered to the receiver. There is a provision to select three types of printed messages or photo messages as per the choice of the sender. At the end there is a provision to write the address details of the receiver. This facility is available till August 6.
