Prohibitory Orders Issued Around Educational Institutions in Mangalore Till March 12
Mangalore Police Commissioner Shashi Kumar has issued prohibitory orders under Section 144 in a radius of 200 meters of all educational institutions in the Police Commissionerate limits from 6 am on March 8 to 6 pm of March 12. The order will be in place in the backdrop of the Hijab controversy. The measure has been taken in order to ensure law and order in Mangalore city.
