Puzzolana GPL Cricket Tournament 2019 : Team GSB Kundapur wins the Title!

Mangalore March 3: Team GSB Kundapur emerged champions of GSB Premier League 2019 (GPL)by defeating Irvathur Sports Club Manipal, a floodlit Gawd Saraswat Brahmin (GSB) over-arm cricket tournament was organised at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management ground on March 2nd and 3rd. The title sponsors of GPL 2019 were Puzzolana Group from Hyderabad.

The tournament was organized by Kodial Sports Association which also included GSB MELA, Kids Zone, Boating, Kite Festival and several other competitions for children. Food was served unlimited on both the days. While speaking to one of the organizer Chethan Kamath of Kodial Sports Association said that an estimated 15000 plus crowd  visited the event, the people wholeheartedly enjoyed the boating and kite flying along with the cricket tournament. This is the 3rd season and we had added GSB MELA he said. He also mentioned that many achievers from GSB community were honored during the event.

Mangalore South MLA D Vedavyas Kamath had inaugrated the event here on Saturday.
