Quarantine Rules For International Passengers: DK DHO Issues Clarification

July 27: Dakshina Kannada District Health Officer (DHO) has issued a clarification order regarding the quarantine norms of international passengers arriving in the district.
DHO stated that all international passengers arriving in the city will have to mandatorily undergo 14-day quarantine – 7 days institutional and 7 days home quarantine. If a person tests positive for Covid 19 during institutional quarantine period, then their treatment will begin and if the person tests negative then they will be sent to undergo home quarantine.
