Railways to Run Special Trains For Onam: Here Are The Train Details Operating From Mangalore

To clear the rush of passengers during Onam Festival, the following train services will be operated from Mangalore as detailed below:

1. The service of Train No. 06041 Tambaram – Mangalore Junction will leave Tambaram at 13.30 hrs. 02nd September 2022(Friday) and reach Mangalore Junction at 06.45 hrs. on 03rd September 2022(Saturday) (One service only).

2. The service of Train No.06042 Mangalore Junction –Tambaram special will leave Mangalore Junction at 10.00 hrs. on 03rd September 2022(Saturday) and reach Tambaram at 04.00 hrs. on 04th September 2022(Sunday) (One service only).

The trains will stop at the following stations. Kasaragod, Kanhangad, Payyanur,Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Ferok, Tirur, Kuttippuram, Shoranur Junction, Ottapalam Palakkad Junction, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambur and Chennai Egmore.

Coach Composition: AC First Class Cum AC 2 Tier Coach- 1, AC 2 tier coaches-2, Sleeper Coaches-12, Second Class Sitting Coaches-4, and Second Class (Divyangjan Friendly) cum Luggage/Brake Van Coaches-2.
