Repair Works Rescheduled: Water Supply to Be Disrupted From June 4 to June 6 in Mangalore

Mangalore city has rescheduled the dates for repair work on the main water pipeline have been rescheduled due to which the water supply to parts of the city will be stopped from June 4 to June 6.

The disruption is attributed to essential maintenance work being undertaken on the Thumbe-Bendoorwell-Panambur 1000mm pipeline near Adyar Katte, as well as the re-installation of a 900mm diameter pipe near Kottara Chowki by the Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation (KUIDFC).

During the specified period, water supply will be completely halted in several low-level areas of the city, including PVS, Ladyhill, Port, Bijai, Suterpet, Maryhill, Pachanadi, Ashoknagar, Derebail, Kodialbail, Kadri, Naguri, Surathkal, Katipalla, Kuloor, Jalligudde, Kodikal, Kana, Bala, Kulai, Mukka, Panamboor, among others.
