Several Schools in Dakshina Kannada District Reopen & Welcome Students For The New Academic Year

Schools in Dakshina Kannada district, including government, aided and unaided ones, reopened on May 16, Monday. The schools have made elaborate arrangements to welcome students on the first day of the academic year. For the first two weeks, extra-curricular and academic-related activities will be conducted for children. This will be the first time in the last two years that students are starting their academic year with offline classes.

The Midday Meal programme will be introduced from day one the from day one this academic year.
