Smart Food Street to be Set up Near Mangala Stadium Under Smart City Project: Check Out

Dakshina Kannada district Deputy commissioner (DC) Mullai Muhilan informed that a ‘Smart Food Street’ is set to be developed near Mangala Stadium in Mangalore in collaboration with the Smart City project. The road behind the stadium will be utilized for this purpose. The revenue generated from the Smart Food Street will be used for the development of the stadium.

Pradeep D’Souza, deputy director of the youth empowerment and sports department, Mangalore, stated that initial work is in progress as directed by DC Muhilan. Emphasis is being placed on cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, underground drainage and washroom facilities will be provided alongside the food street.
