February 13: In the first phase, the QR code monitoring system is implemented in the Mannagadudda ward. There are plans to extend this system to all wards. This will facilitate adequate collection of garbage collection information.

QR code stickers have already been attached to the gate and walls of more than 500 homes in Mannagadudda ward. Garbage collectors go to their homes for garbage collection and immediately scan the QR code on the mobile they have. It sends a message to the “Intra-Command Control Control Center” under the Smart City project. The officer at the center will notice this. If the QR code is not scanned, garbage is not collected from the house.
