SSLC Examination: These Many Students To Appear For Tulu Exam

June 19: In view of the development of the Tulu language, the state government has allowed Tulu Text to be written as a third language exam in SSLC from 2014-15 (First Batch). This year a total of 956 students will be  taking the exam.
As many as 2,600 students from 42 schools in DK & Udupi districts have selected Tulu as a third language from 6th standard to SSLC.
In the previous years, the students had achieved a good score in the Tulu language and this year the same pattern has been taught to the students. This time a total of 956 students are writing exams in SSLC, and teachers who teach text in schools are being paid by the academy.
