Strict Warning To Schools By Deputy Director Of Public Instruction (DDPI): Check Out Why

June 12: The state government has issued a circular stating that schools cannot collect fees from parents who are unable to or refusing to pay it until further orders.
Dakshina Kannada Deputy Director Of Public Instruction (DDPI) said that he has been receiving repeated complaints on schools demanding parents to pay fees. The DDPI has warned the schools not to exert any type of pressure on parents concerning payment of school fees.
He also mentioned that further if there are complaints of throwing out students for non-payment of school fees are received, strict action action will be taken against the schools under the Right to Education Act and the schools will be reported to district education control authority.
