The Iconic Kalasha at Mahaveer Circle Likely to be Rebuilt: Work to Begin Soon

Mahaveer circle at Pumpwell was once known for its iconic Kalasha. But, during the construction of Pumpwell flyover, the Kalasha was removed from its place. As per some sources, it is gathered that the kalasha will be rebuilt by the Jain community at a place next to the Pumpwell flyover, a bit away from the earlier giant kalasha.

The Jain community has sent a petition to MCC regarding the same. Pushparaj Jain of Bharatiya Jain Milan said that the entire cost of the project will be borne by the Jain community.
